Isis Flores, known as Ice, started her tattoo apprenticeship at Buena Suerte Tattoo in 2021 which then became our resident artist January 2023. She is currently on her second year of tattooing. Per texas state law, you must be at least 18 years old with a valid government issued id in order to receive a tattoo. There will be absolutely no exceptions, regardless of parental consent.
